Set amount benefit - A health plan option in which the plan covers a set amount for a doctor visit with no limit to the number of office visits up to the outpatient limit.

Short term disability - Insurance that provides benefits when the insured suffers an injury or illness resulting in loss of wages for a finite period.

Supplemental life insurance - A voluntary, employee-paid group term life insurance plan in which employees can choose to participate to supplement their employer-provided life insurance.
